Article 1 - Definitions

The supplier: Solstice.

The site: The website where products are offered for sale.

Article 2 - General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors or users of the site. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be modified at any time and published on the website. In case of contradiction or omission in these terms and conditions, applicable law will govern.

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed illegal or invalid, the remaining conditions remain enforceable.

The terms and conditions applicable to an order are those published at the time the order was made. They replace all earlier or later versions.

The present General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising out of the online sale of products offered on the site. Solstice provides its services in accordance with the applicable laws.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all products sold via the site.

Article 3 – Capacity in Law and Acceptance

Anyone wishing to purchase products from Solstice must have legal capacity. If a person lacks this capacity, their lawful representatives must make the purchase on their behalf, and such representatives will be bound by these terms and conditions.

The client accepts these General Terms and Conditions expressly by clicking on a checkbox or otherwise indicating agreement. No order can be considered valid without acceptance of these terms, prices, and product descriptions.

Solstice reserves the right to refuse any order if there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse, abuse of rights, or bad faith.

Article 4 - Annulation

Solstice cannot be held liable for products being unavailable. If one or more products in an order are unavailable, Solstice will notify the customer and may cancel all or part of the order.

If products are unavailable and the customer has already paid, Solstice will request the customer's bank information to issue a refund immediately. Refund timing depends on the payment method used. Customers experiencing delays are advised to contact their bank.

Orders may also be canceled if the provided address details are unclear, incorrect, or insufficient for delivery. Solstice will notify the customer and request their bank information for a refund.

Customers can cancel orders only if they have not yet been processed. Cancellation requests must be made through customer service. Refund timing depends on the payment method used.

Article 5 – Prices and Invoicing

Prices shown on the site at the time of the order apply.

Prices are listed in euros and include VAT and administrative costs unless otherwise stated. Transport costs are charged separately and must be paid in addition to the purchase price. Discounts apply only to product prices, not transport costs.

Solstice reserves the right to modify prices and transport costs at any time. However, products will always be invoiced at the price stated in the order confirmation email.

Invoices will be sent electronically unless a hard copy is specifically requested through the contact form.

Products remain the property of Solstice until payment is made in full.

Article 6 – Ordering Products

Products offered on the site are subject to availability. Orders can only be placed through the site.

Solstice strives to deliver orders promptly. Product descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith but may contain slight inaccuracies. Photographs are not contractually binding.

To place an order, customers add items to their cart, proceed to checkout, and select a delivery and payment method. Once the payment is complete, the order is final unless the customer requests changes before shipping.

Order confirmations will be sent via email.

Article 7 - Deliveries

Customers can choose delivery to a specified address (home, work, or other). Solstice will dispatch orders promptly and notify customers via email.

If delivery attempts fail and the order is returned, the customer may be contacted to arrange redelivery and may incur additional costs.

Orders may be split into multiple deliveries based on product availability. Each delivery will be accompanied by an email notification and delivery note.

If an order goes missing during delivery, Solstice will resend the order at no additional cost or provide a refund, including transport costs, if the product is unavailable. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Article 8 – Right to Revoke and Returns

Customers may notify Solstice within 14 calendar days of receiving a product that they wish to revoke their purchase. They must send back the product within 7 days of notifying Solstice.

Products must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, accompanied by the sales invoice and a completed return document. Unidentified returns will be refused.

Return costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited using the same method of payment, less any discounts or vouchers applied. Gift voucher refunds will be reissued in the same format.

Article 9 – Statutory Warranty & Complaints Procedure

Solstice guarantees that products are free from defects that make them impossible or unsafe to use. This warranty is in addition to statutory rights under applicable laws.

Customers must notify Solstice of any defects within two months of discovery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.

Complaints or warranty claims can be directed to customer service.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site, including text, databases, designs, images, and videos, is protected by intellectual property laws. These materials may not be copied, published, or used without prior written consent from Solstice.

Article 11 - Liability

Solstice is not liable for damages to customers’ systems or for errors in product descriptions or photographs. Liability for order fulfillment issues is limited to the order amount paid.

In case of price errors, Solstice will notify the customer and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Article 12 – Disputes and Governing Law

The agreement is governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts as required by statutory regulations.

Article 13 – Varying Terms and Nullity

Solstice may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to all subsequent offers and orders. If any provision is found invalid, other provisions will remain enforceable.
